General Overview of the SogoElite Platform
The SogoElite platform is powered by Laser, an award winning, NASDAQ Platinum Certified trading system, created by Genesis Securities, LLC.
Rapid Order Entry
Orders can be entered by simply highlighting a stock on your watch list or typing in a ticker symbol and clicking an order type button (such as market buy, market sell). SogoElite also features an optional confirmation box that will pop-up before every order is sent.

SogoElite Customizable Platform
The SogoElite platform allows you to customize every window on your screen including color, font, and text size. You can have numerous charts, quote windows, and position windows open simultaneously in any order, size, or location.
SogoElite Account Reporting
The SogoElite reporting center contains all your account information, including account overview, trades, current positions, funding activity, and account statements.
The reporting center updates every night with the day's trading and funding activity. For instance, if you refer to the Reporting Center for information on Monday morning, it will be current as of Friday night.
Account Overview Page
The account overview page displays:
- Account number
- Current investment package
- Cash balance
- Portfolio value
- Margin balance
- Total account value.
- Available buying power (based on the previous day's trading)
Account Activity Page
The account activity page organizes all your trade activity by category and displays your account funding history.
Account Statement Page
Account statements are generated at the beginning of the month for the previous month. For example, your January statement will be available in early February. Statements are in PDF format and can be downloaded and printed.

How much are SogoElite's trade commissions? |

SogoElite charges $0.004 per share* with a $1.00 per order minimum for all real-time and limit trades placed on the SogoElite Platform. There is also a monthly real-time data fee of $10.00, charged on the 1st of every month, associated with each SogoElite account.

What types of accounts does SogoElite offer? |

- Individual Cash & Margin Account
- Joint Cash & Margin Account
Individual Account: is an investment account that is opened for one person. Only clients having reached at least the age of majority (usually 18, or when entitled to full legal rights as an adult) in his or her state of residence may be eligible to open this type of account.
Joint Account: is an investment account that is opened for two or more people. Each account holder must be of legal age (usually 18, or when entitled to full legal rights as an adult) in their state of residence.
- Joint SogoElite accounts can be set up either as Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship (JTWROS) or as Joint Tenants in Common (JTIC)
Cash & Margin Account: allows you to pay for part of a stock purchase and borrow the rest from SogoElite; this is known as margin.
Margin: allows you to buy at a 2:1 basis if your account balance is at least $2000. For example, if an account holder deposits $2500 in a cash & margin account, he/she will be able to purchase up to $5000 including commissions. In this example, half of the purchase is fully paid and half is borrowed funds.

How do I open a SogoElite Account? |

To open a SogoElite account:
Apply online:
The account opening process is simple, and takes about 5 minutes to complete. The online account application section contains a help section, so all your account opening questions are answered immediately. It only takes a few minutes to open a SogoElite account. Apply by mail:
- Go to the Forms Section of the SogoElite website.
- Next, select your account type under Account Opening Forms.
- Open a Cash & Margin Account 
- Complete the downloadable PDF application
- Mail the application with the requested documentation to:

Once we receive your completed application, please allow 1-2 business day for SogoElite to create your new account. When the account is activated and ready, new account holders will receive an activation email with further instructions.

How do I download the SogoElite platform? |

SogoElite is not web-based platform but rather a downloadable program.
- Once your new account is activated, and you have received a confirmation email with your userID and password. Go the SogoElite download page to download the SogoElite platform software to your hard disk drive.
 Double-click the SogoElite software installation executor . Follow the installation prompts to complete the installation.
 Launch SogoElite from your desktop by double-clicking on the SogoElite icon.
- Enter the username and password that you selected in the login prompt.

What is the account minimum? |

|
The minimum account equity necessary to maintain a SogoElite account is $2,500. Your account equity can fall below this amount if due to stock value decline, but funds may not be withdrawn or transferred from the account if the withdrawal or transfer will cause your account's equity to fall below the required minimum. In such a situation, to withdraw or transfer your assets, please complete either the ACAT account transfer form or the account closure form, both which can be found on the forms page of the SogoElite website.
